1. Production process
The flexible container bag is made of polyethylene or polypropylene resin as the main raw material, adding a small amount of excipients, mixing and extruding and extruding the plastic film through the extruder, cutting into filaments, stretching at a temperature lower than the melting temperature of the resin, and passing through the molecules. Directional and heat setting is made into high-strength, low-elongation flat yarn, which is then made into a plastic woven fabric by warping, weaving and laminating, and is stitched with a sling and a belt to form a flexible container. Among them, the sling is also made by mixing, spinning, weaving and other processes. At present, a sling caused by cracked silk is being widely used, which has the characteristics of low gram weight, high tensile strength and beautiful appearance.
2. Quality requirements
For flexible container bags used as export packaging for export goods, according to SN/T0264-93 "Inspection Procedures for Exporting Flexible Packaging Containers for Exported Goods", http://www.containerbag-cn.com It shall be inspected according to the provisions of SN/T0183-93 "Inspection Regulations for Exporting Goods and Packaging Lifting Containers" and shall be implemented with reference to GB10454-89 "Flexible Containers".

2 The base film coating film does not allow the composite quality problems such as cracking, film loss, delamination, bubbles, and hard blocks.
3 sewing requirements are straight, no needle removal, broken line, floating line, no hanging needle, super needle, needle drop needle is not less than 3 needles.
4 slings require the same length, the limit deviation is 40mm.
5 printed patterns, text, marks are correct and clear, and the position is accurate.
(2) Performance test: It is used as a flexible container for transport packaging of export commodities. It must be subjected to top lifting test, dumping test, vertical impact drop test, orthostatic test, tear propagation test, etc. The handle-type flexible container bag is only subjected to the vertical impact drop test, the dump test and the base cloth test.
1 Top lifting test: Hold pressure for 5 min with 6 times load.
2 vertical impact drop test: 0.8m height free fall.
3 dumping test: 0.8m height drop frame, lifting one end of the movable plate, so that the sample bag fell on the ground.
4 Orthotopic test: Lift the single or double belt near the ground (if there are four slings) to make the bag off the ground.
In the above tests, the bag body and the sling were not damaged, and the contents were not leaked.
5 tear propagation test: a 100 mm long slit with a vertical line of 45° was placed on the bag body, and it was lifted off the ground and applied with 2 times load for 5 min. The length of the incision propagation should not exceed 25% of the length of the original incision.
